• Employee incentive: Employers often waive any out-of-pocket costs, allowing employees to benefit directly from the savings achieved through the direct contract.
• Streamlined coordination: NYGA assists with implementing the referral process and can support internal marketing or communication materials to help employees understand and use the program.
• Transparent payment: The employer pays NYGA after services are rendered, based on the pre-established rates — with no surprise bills or hidden fees.
