Love Dr. Pachinshy, she is kind and compassionate, when you actually see her. It is very hard to get an appointment with her or to speak to her and for that reason, I am probably going to switch to another doctor. With IBS and SIBO, it is important to be able to discuss your health issues directly with your doctor, which I have found hard to do with this practice.

I have had three colonoscopies with Leon Kavaler. He and his wife and the team at NY Gastroenterology have the whole process down to a science. They make the colonoscopy preparation process easy and less stressful. And, the staff at the center are friendly, helpful, organized and very professional. Leon has a friendly bedside manner and relaxes you and he does an excellent job. I would highly recommend Leon and this practice.

Dr. Frado and the whole staff at Endoscopy Center of New York were both hospitable and professional. I have had now 4 colonoscopies at 4 different clinics / hospitals in 3 NYC boroughs. ECONY was conveniently located next to a subway which was great. This was the first time I had a colonoscopy without a pre visit, and because of that Dr. Frado and her team saved me an extra copay and also having to plan that visit into my busy schedule. When I arrived at the clinic it was very clean and up to date, and every staff member welcomed me with smiles. Under the pressures and conditions that clinics and hospitals encounter all day I can understand how that is not always an easy thing to do, but that was not the case for ECONY. When I met Dr. Frado and spoke with her for only a few seconds I knew I was in good hands with a caring professional. I usually wait until I get my final bill before I submit my review, but I am certain that Dr. Frado and her team are going to charge me accordingly, and it is going to be worth every cent. The next time I have to go back for a colonoscopy, or if someone wants a recommendation I am going to recommend Dr. Frado.
